3.2. Measures and the realization of the plan stage by stage:

It is necessary to organize work of information center and to unite video-communications of 33 medical institutions in Primorije (one in each town) and 10 in Vladivostok.

Realization of the this project in Primorsky Krai is supposed to conduct in some stages:

Stage I

1. The first stage from which the creation of common information space of medicine of Primorije begins is the working places of the doctors connected directly to the various diagnostic and laboratory medical equipment.

2. Simultaneously the “Regional information center” is created and begins to work.

3. The union video-communications of leading medical institutions from all cities and regions of Primorije. The providing an opportunity of holding videoconferences with Moscow medical centers and centers in USA, for this purpose it is offered to use technical opportunities of Vladivostok Telephone Station (VTS).

4. The union in telemedicine complex of leading clinics of Vladivostok and nearest to it cities Ussuriisk, Nakhodka, Artyom, towns Slavyanka, Bolshoi Kamen, Volno-Nadezdinskoe, Vladimiro-Alexandrovskoe (See Fig. 1. & Fig.2.)
