3.3 Prospect of development of the
project.
(second stage)
3.3.1. In accordance with the
accomplishment of the first part of the project extension of a system of medical
videoconferences by connection with a network of new clinics in accordance with
occurrence of modern telecommunications and equipment in regions.
In our case, at this stage is
expedient connection with a network of far cities and towns of Primorsky Krai
(cities: Dalnerechensk, Spassk, Dalnereshinsk, Arseniev, and towns: Kavalerovo,
Novopokrovka, Preobragenskoe).
The organization of interaction with
other regional centers on the Far East (Sakhalin, Khabarovsky Krai, Kamchatka,
Altai) and Western coast of the USA including within the joint work with
initiative working group " Russian Far East - Western coast USA " of
American-Russian committee of business development.
3.3.2. The
union of all above centers of telemedicine of the Far-East in one regional
network for solving regional problems:
- the guarantee of the common
standard of medical service including transfers of data;
- the creation of a common
centralized database;
- the creation of regional
information WEB server where can be received the information about availability of video connection gates in
medical centers of Russia and other countries, on used type of the equipment,
on medicines and etc.;
- the realization of idea of a
decentralized telecommunication network enabling the system to be developed
independently in the financial plan at preservation of a coordination role part
of the experts - doctors of the Far-Eastern Medical Association.
The remark: the Cost of introduction of the second stage is not included
in cost of the given project
